Evan is an associate in VLMG’s San Francisco office. Evan’s practice focuses on complex construction litigation, representing general contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals across a range of public and private projects. Evan has experience in all phases of civil litigation, including handling of pre-litigation claims, discovery, law and motion, depositions, arbitration and mediation proceedings, trials, and appeals. Prior to joining VLMG, Evan was an associate at a national Chicago-based law firm where he represented clients in various matters including professional liability, employment law, and commercial litigation.
Evan received his J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law. During law school, Evan served as the Executive Internal Editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. Evan also served as a legal extern for the United States Attorney’s Office in the white-collar division, and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Joseph C. Spero, Chief Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
