Brian M. O'Shea

Associate

Brian O’Shea is an associate in VLMG’s Tysons Corner office.  Brian focuses his practice on construction litigation and government contracts, representing design professionals, general contractors, and subcontractors in disputes across the country.  Brian has extensive experience with each phase of litigation, including e-discovery, depositions, dispositive motions practice, jury and bench trials, and appeals.  Before joining VLMG, Brian clerked for the Honorable Crystal D. Mittelstaedt of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Brian is a graduate, with honors, of The George Washington University Law School.  During law school, Brian served as a Notes Editor for the Federal Communications Law Journal.  Brian also worked as a Rule 16 student attorney for GW Law’s Criminal Appeals and Post-Conviction Services Clinic, during which he argued before the Appellate Court of Maryland.  Prior to law school, Brian graduated summa cum laude from Saint Anselm College with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics.
