VLMG’s downtown San Francisco office is seeking a junior to mid-level (2-5 years) litigation associate to join our Construction Litigation group. We represent many of the nation’s largest general contractors, engineering firms, and owners in connection with the most complex projects and contentious disputes in litigation and arbitration across the United States and abroad.
VLMG seeks an associate eager for the opportunity to take on substantial case responsibility, including drafting pleadings and motions, taking and defending depositions, and arguing motions. The attorney must be admitted in California. Candidates must have a strong academic background from a top-tier law school and exceptional research, analysis, writing, and communication skills. The group prefers an associate with ‘big firm’ training or other sophisticated litigation experience who can hit the ground running. Construction experience is preferred, but not required.
Interested candidates should provide a resume, law school transcript, and writing sample to Aurora Cantrell, Office Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include "Litigation Associate - VLMG San Francisco" in the subject line of the submission email. (Placements through external recruiters will not be considered at this time.)
