Vincent Sebastinelli


Vincent Sebastinelli is an associate in VLMG’s San Francisco office. His practice primarily involves construction litigation arising from private and public projects, including suretyship litigation. Prior to joining VLMG, Vincent worked at an international corporate and real estate firm where he represented business entities and high-net-worth individuals in corporate mergers and acquisitions, real estate acquisitions, and transactional construction matters.

During law school, Vincent earned CALI awards for Appellate Advocacy and Remedies, was a Civil Justice Preservation Scholarship recipient from the Justinian Society of Lawyers, and worked for the school’s Business Law Clinic and Federal Income Tax Clinic. During his last semester of law school, Vincent was an extern for the Honorable Judge Kathleen Kennedy at the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, Chancery Division.
